Shipping Costs

International

If you are not from NZ our AUS and would like to place an order, please get in touch with us for a custom shipping quote. We are happy to ship internationally upon request!

Any customs duties or taxes incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the receiver. For more details, please check with your local customs office.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day. We also process orders over the weekend and will get these off to the courier if they are open for business. However please note that some orders depending on time of placement can't ship until Monday morning. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Easily track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply click on the link provided to view the status of your delivery.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We ship via courier within New Zealand. Delivery to urban locations in New Zealand typically occurs within 1-3 working days for products that are currently in stock. For rural areas, please allow up to 7 working days for your items to arrive.

Note that there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen courier complications.
